Service Description

Window cleaning is a thorough job, this can sometimes mean taking it apart and cleaning out the track, the mesh and the outside (if reachable) or just a simple wipe down. Price is dependent on what is required and how many windows need to be done. Basic Window Washing - This is simply just washing the inside of the windows only. If your windows have two sets of panes it would only include the first two. Partial Window Washing - Basic window washing + Cleaning of track and ledge. ​ Full Window Cleaning - partial window washing + mesh and blinds. Soil level and size can change the price, however some things can be negotiated. Please book a Cleaning Consultation appointment for precise pricing. The $20 fee for this appointment is a deposit that holds your appointment and is returned back to you after the end of your service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-shows To successfully cancel or reschedule your appointment, notice must be given 24 hours (1 day) before your appointment time. If you are canceling or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged a non-negotiable $50 fee, this also applies to no-shows. Lates Please inform us via email or phone if you may be late. We understand that sometimes situations may occur that are out of your hands. However if you are more than 15 min late a $20 late fee will be applied. If you are more than 30 min late, it will be considered a no-show and you will have to reschedule. Refunds We pride ourselves in providing quality service and because of this we have specific procedures in place to achieve that. Because of this we do not offer refunds of any kind, however we do offer follow-up appointments for most services to complete any unfinished or missing work.
