Covid-19 Safety
During these times, everyone is doing their part to help stop the spread of covid-19
Here is what we are doing.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
To protect both our customers and our staff, our staff members have the necessary PPE and are required to wear masks while servicing.
Sanitize and Disinfect
During servicing all surfaces will be sanitized and disinfected, either with a disinfectant spray or our sanatization procedure. We will continue to do this in your homes as well as on our own equipment before and after being in your home/office.
Physical Distancing
Our staff members will always keep a distance of 6 feet or 2 metres from our customers and other staff members. We thank you in advance for your cooperation maintain this distance from our staff too.
Our Health and Yours
We will be diligent to help ensure our staff are healthy, have not had any close contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 and have not travelled outside of Canada (or been exposed to someone who has). If any of our staff members are unwell,we will not permit them to return to work until they have been cleared to do so.
We would also ask that if you, or someone in your home, is not feeling well, has had close contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 and has not travelled outside of Canada (or been exposed to someone who has) that you contact us immediately through email at info@boatengqualitycare.com, text or re-book your appointment through the booking portal. In these instances only you have a minimum of 2 hours before your booked appointment to notify us of any cancellations, changes or if you need to reschedule.

This service is for homes and places of work that have had a covid out outbreak. you are even well come to book this service to simply have a complete sanitization of your home whether you've had an outbreak or not.
